£285,000* Inheritance tax threshold. If it does exceed
£285,000* you should use Will Maker
Deluxe. Wills created using this software are only valid for
use in England and Wales.
*Tax threshold quoted is for the 2006/07 tax year. In
2007/08 this figure is scheduled to be £300,000
How to create your Will
1. Select the married or unmarried Will template then
insert your personal information when prompted by the document
template. 2. Pop-up notes help you to choose the best options to
suit your personal circumstances.
3. Your Will is automatically generated and displayed on
screen each time you enter your personal information.
4. Skip back or edit your Will if you make a mistake or
change your mind. (You can also update an existing Will if your
circumstances change.)
5. Finally, view the entire Will in its final format, and
check it reflects your wishes before printing it.
6. When your Will is complete it should be signed in the
presence of two witnesses and stored in a safe place.
7. You can even send your finished Will to a legal team
