If you're not delighted with your design, we'll replace it with a new one - absolutely FREE. In fact, this guarantee extends to any Fruit of the Loom® garment you purchase for a total of three garments per household. To take advantage of the PerfectShirt guarantee, mail the following items to us:
- The Fruit of the Loom garment (including Lofteez® T-shirts) with the not-what-you-intended-to-happen design. Note: This guarantee applies only to Fruit of the Loom garments.
- The backing of the PerfectPeel transfer paper used to create the garment you are returning. You must have used PerfectPeel paper to be eligible for this guarantee.
