• 16 MB RAM
• 6 MB of free hard disk space.
• Internet connection
• (Optional) Microsoft Outlook 97, 98, 2000, 2002 to access e-mail, contacts, calendar, notes, and tasks

Required on the PC you will use to access your remote PC must include:

• Internet Explorer 5.1 or higher
• Internet connection
• (Optional) Ability to download ActiveX Controls

Required on the web-enabled handheld device you will use to access your remote PC must provide a web browser running:

• Windows Mobile, Pocket PC, or CE
• Palm OS
• Symbian OS
