Responsibilities & Qualifications

The position will be a primary contact for external customers. Under limited supervision, this position is responsible for pre-sales counseling, order processing, quality assurance, and post-sales inquiries and problem fixing.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing guidance to customers via phone, chat and email
  • Ensuring proper spelling and grammar in all orders, as well as proper photo placement
  • Managing correspondence with customers
  • Being completely dedicated to 100&percent; customer satisfaction
  • Addressing feedback provided by customers post-sale and providing constant process improvement

Required Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including outstanding spelling, punctuation and grammar abilities
  • Above average working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • An ability to meet deadlines and industry quality standards and an ability to react to high volume, fast paced and short turn-around time customer and management requests
  • An ability to deal with change in an effective manner
  • Sensitivity to customer issues—a creative thinker with a "can do" attitude

Order Processor

Calabasas, CA

Responsibilities & Qualifications

The position will be a contact for external customers. Under limited supervision, this position is responsible for order processing, quality assurance, and post-sales inquiries.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Ensuring proper spelling and grammar in all card and stationery orders, as well as proper photo placement
  • Carrying out advanced image enhancements including but not limited to: color correction, brightness/contrast, red-eye removal, object removal, blemish removal
  • Being completely dedicated to 100% customer satisfaction
  • Addressing customer questions relating to image quality and resolution
  • Other tasks and responsibilities as needed by the department.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Photoshop
  • Retouching sample work must submitted with resume
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications: Outlook, Excel & Word.

PHP Back-End Developer

Description

A web developer with PHP / MySQL experience. Working on customer facing, multiple sites with shared code and components in a framework environment is highly desired. OOP is a plus. While front-end is not the primary role, some responsibility for implementing new UI features and enhancements (including the markup, style sheets and JavaScript), prototyping interface, and working closely with other developers to maintain consistency, efficiency, and excellent performance.

The key responsibilities are:

  • Develop, code, install, release, test, and debug back end code on a PHP/MySQL platform.
  • Create and modify customer facing web-based applications with shopping cart and e-commerce complexity.
  • Create and modify customer service & order processing admin system web pages and reports, with emphasis on the technical and mechanical, not creative.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical problems with application, including those caused by DNS, network, security, or internal errors.
  • Perform routine site maintenance. Determine update and deployment schedules.
  • Develop code for SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Work in a SCRUM environment, willing to put in the effort to meet deadlines for various stages of a project.
  • Estimate projects' levels of effort in regular planning
  • Make improvements to existing code during modifications.

Requirements:

  • Supreme debugging skills and an unbridled confidence in your ability to defeat any bug and solve any problem.
  • 3-5 years' experience with PHP development.
  • 3-5 years' experience with MySQL
  • REST/json development experience.
  • Ability to work with HTML/CSS/Javascript/JQuery as the lines between front-end and back-end are often blurred.
  • Familiarity with AWS architecture helpful.
  • Some experience with Git or SVN highly preferred.

Quality Assurance Lead/Manager

Description

The QA Lead/Manager is a hands-on leadership role responsible for defining and managing our testing standards for all Web-to-Print related websites and mobile applications.

Essential Responsibilities include:

  • Execute test plans and perform ad hoc testing of websites and mobile applications.
  • Test websites for browser compatibility.
  • Validate mobile applications software against store requirements.
  • Regression test, validate bug fixes, and update bug status in bug tracking system.
  • Debug and develop test environments and quality plans.
  • Work closely with and help to manage our QA team in Shanghai, China.
  • Participate in SCRUM/Agile development process by providing time estimates, managing QA resources and validating deliverables meet the definition of doneness.
  • Define and implement sign off and deployment procedures.
  • Review developer check in comments and insure all code is properly tested prior to deployment.
  • Other duties which may be assigned from time to time as required to meet business needs.

Key Requirements include:

  • 3-5 years' experience in a QA lead or management role.
  • Technical understanding of Windows, Macintosh, Android, iOS and Windows Phone platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A self-managed proactive work style.
  • Familiarity with formal SCRUM/Agile process.
  • Spoken Mandarin language skills a plus.

Scrum Master

Description

We are currently looking for a Scrum Master with deep experience managing development projects and inspiring and facilitating collaboration between project teams. The role requires candidates with a rare mix of communication, nurturing and project management skills. If you have experience with SCRUM/Agile project methodology and have previous experience as a Scrum Master for web development projects, this may be the perfect opportunity for you!

Job Summary

The Scrum Master is a facilitator for a product development team that uses "scrum," a rugby analogy for a development methodology that allows a team to self-organize and make changes quickly. The Scrum Master manages the process for how information is exchanged.

Key responsibilities:

  • Schedules and facilitates all scrum related meetings
  • Facilitate seamless collaboration across multiple technical and non-technical teams
  • Maintains sprint burndown chart and all project/team level reporting as needed including monitoring team velocity
  • Removes obstacles and impediments to clear the path for the scrum team
  • Helps stabilize and increase team velocity/productivity
  • Schedules and facilitates scrum of scrum meeting (as needed) to focus on integration and end to end testing
  • Works with product owners on capacity planning

Systems Engineer

Calabasas, CA

Position Summary:

The Systems Engineer must have a diverse set of advanced skills and familiarity with various Microsoft technologies, as well as demonstrated and working knowledge of VMware, SAN/NAS, and Backups. Experience with Cloud technologies such as Azure, Office 365, AWS, and Exchange Online will be highly beneficial. The Systems Engineer will also be responsible for resolving Level 2 user support tickets.

Responsibilities:

  • Must be very familiar with the latest operating systems, namely Windows Server 2012 R2.
  • Maintain, manage, upgrade, and expand core services, based on Microsoft technologies, such as
    • Active Directory, Group Policies
    • DNS, DHCP, WINS, DFS, PKI, RADIUS
  • Maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot any issues with Hybrid email system based on Exchange 2010/2013
  • Maintain and manage web sites running on Microsoft’s IIS
  • Deploy software packages through Microsoft SCCM and utilize the product to its fullest potential
  • Automate tasks and repetitive processes using PowerShell.
  • Maintain and Manage Microsoft Endpoint Protection Antivirus on company computers
  • Administer the VMWare ESXi 5.5 environment
  • Setup LUNs, RAIDs, Volumes, and storage on SAN
  • Setup and manage cloud environments on Microsoft Azure and Amazon AWS

Requirements:

  • Must have over 5 years of experience in a fast paced and highly agile medium to large sized company
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policies
  • Excellent knowledge of core technologies such as DNS, DHCP, WINS, DFS, RADIUS, and PKI in a Microsoft environment
  • Familiarity with Microsoft SCCM
  • Working knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Exchange 2010/2013 in Hybrid environment
  • Familiarity with SAN/NAS setup and configuration
  • Familiarity with Video Conferencing systems such as LifeSize, Vidyo, Lync, or others
