Business Analyst

Position Summary:

The Business Analyst will be responsible for providing thought leadership and deep analytical horsepower, driving innovation and automation of reporting tools and processes, and converting data into valuable business insights In this position you will play an important role in accessing data stored in multiple sources by utilizing available business intelligence tools and processes; advanced spreadsheet skills including macros.

Key Qualities:

Responsibilities:

  • Provide company-wide reporting and analysis support including: business KPIs, customer value and engagement, marketing effectiveness and customer segmentation.
  • Work with business teams to develop, maintain, and distribute complex dashboards/reports with value-added notes on points of interest and opportunities.
  • Build interactive reporting that can be offloaded, enabling business users to self-serve as much as possible. We will help train, but candidate must be willing to do what is necessary to get up to speed and must demonstrate an aptitude for model and report building.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • A college degree in Engineering, Business/Marketing, Finance, Computer Science, or other technical or quantitative field strongly preferred.
  • 2-4 years business analytics experience.
  • Proficient in advanced Excel functionality including pivot tables, lookups and other formulas, data transformation, etc.
  • Candidate should be detail oriented, self-motivated, and an excellent creative problem solver, with a proven ability to successfully manage multiple, disparate streams of work in a challenging, dynamic environment.
  • Must have excellent inter-personal and communication skills and be able to comfortably communicate to all levels of the organization.

Manager of Order Processing

Calabasas, CA

Position Summary:

The Manager of Order Processing will lead the team of Order Processors to facilitate the production and timely delivery of print ready files.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plans the headcount and defines order processors’ schedules needed to meet SLA based on forecast and patterns
  • Owns SLA for all brands
  • Attends meetings as requested to represent the needs of and provide updates on the department
  • Monitors productivity levels and encourages continuous improvement of quality and throughput
  • Interfaces with vendors to resolve problems with orders
  • Assists development by providing sample orders for new vendor integrations/changes
  • May be asked to conduct/manage acceptance testing of new OP tools and interfaces
  • Works with other departments to create sample kits and monitor VIP orders
  • Receives and validates feedback about team member mistakes as perceived by other departments (usually CS)
  • Processes orders
  • Other duties as my be required by the company

Required Skills:

  • Strong customer service background with supervisory/management experience.
  • Advanced Proficiency in Photoshop is preferred.
  • Team training experience will be strongly considered.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including outstanding spelling, punctuation and grammar abilities.

Order Processor

We are looking for an independent, detail oriented, creative, intelligent and enthusiastic Order Processor who is driven to exceed customers’ expectations at every turn and is singularly devoted to their total satisfaction. Responsibilities & Qualifications

The position will be a contact for external customers. Under limited supervision, this position is responsible for order processing, quality assurance, and post-sales inquiries.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Ensuring proper spelling and grammar in all card and stationery orders, as well as proper photo placement
  • Carrying out advanced image enhancements including but not limited to: color correction, brightness/contrast, red-eye removal, object removal, blemish removal
  • Being completely dedicated to 100% customer satisfaction
  • Addressing customer questions relating to image quality and resolution
  • Other tasks and responsibilities as needed by the department.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Photoshop
  • Retouching sample work must submitted with resume

Systems Engineer

Calabasas, CA

Position Summary:

The Systems Engineer must have a diverse set of advanced skills and familiarity with various Microsoft technologies, as well as demonstrated and working knowledge of VMware, SAN/NAS, and Backups. Experience with Cloud technologies such as Azure, Office 365, AWS, and Exchange Online will be highly beneficial. The Systems Engineer will also be responsible for resolving Level 2 user support tickets.

Responsibilities:

  • Must be very familiar with the latest operating systems, namely Windows Server 2012 R2.
  • Maintain, manage, upgrade, and expand core services, based on Microsoft technologies, such as
    • Active Directory, Group Policies
    • DNS, DHCP, WINS, DFS, PKI, RADIUS
  • Maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot any issues with Hybrid email system based on Exchange 2010/2013
  • Maintain and manage web sites running on Microsoft’s IIS
  • Deploy software packages through Microsoft SCCM and utilize the product to its fullest potential
  • Automate tasks and repetitive processes using PowerShell.
  • Maintain and Manage Microsoft Endpoint Protection Antivirus on company computers
  • Administer the VMWare ESXi 5.5 environment
  • Setup LUNs, RAIDs, Volumes, and storage on SAN
  • Setup and manage cloud environments on Microsoft Azure and Amazon AWS
  • Maintain the Video Conferencing system to ensure smooth, efficient, and timely meetings. Familiarity with other Video Conferencing systems will also be beneficial.
  • Support the Helpdesk Staff with level 2 tickets that they cannot resolve on their own.
  • If required, be available to work after hours and on weekends.
  • Make best effort to answer calls/text/emails at all times
  • Be on-call, one week out of the month (on average, we receive no more than on call, once every other month)
  • Make sure changes and upgrades do not affect production. If they do, make sure to schedule them for after-hours.
  • Work on existing and upcoming IT projects
  • Other tasks and duties may be assigned as required.

Requirements:

  • Must have over 5 years of experience in a fast paced and highly agile medium to large sized company
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policies
  • Excellent knowledge of core technologies such as DNS, DHCP, WINS, DFS, RADIUS, and PKI in a Microsoft environment
  • Familiarity with Microsoft SCCM
  • Working knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Exchange 2010/2013 in Hybrid environment
  • Familiarity with SAN/NAS setup and configuration
  • Familiarity with Video Conferencing systems such as LifeSize, Vidyo, Lync, or others
  • Familiarity with the latest VMWare ESXi administration and server provisioning
  • Experience with Dell Servers and hardware
  • Automation and Scripting skills will be extremely helpful
  • Strong emphasis and exposure to Information Security
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Bachelors or Master’s Degree in a related field will be beneficial.
  • Must be a fast learner and capable of conducting research to learn about new technologies

  • CCNA, CCNP, MCITP, or other related certificates
